Join Plantations gardener and home brewer Glenn Bucien for this introduction to the art and science of beer making. This class will cover the history of beer, the scientific principles behind its production, tips on how to grow your own hops, and the basic tools, equipment, and materials you will need to start creating your own magic in a glass. Several home brews will be available for tasting. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and be able to provide proof of age. Pre-registration is required.
