Share your reflections in this open mic event through the use of visual art, poetry/ spoken word, music or just speaking about the impact Dr. King’s legacy has on you and your future. Special art exhibition provided by the Durland Alternatives Library’s Prisoner Express program and a guest performance by award winning SLAM poet, activist and featured artist on TV One’s show, Verses and Flow, Chauncey Beaty.
