Tompkins County Public Library
101 E Green St, Ithaca, NY 14850, USA
Led by Margo Hittleman, Co-founder and Coordinator, Natural Leaders Initiative (Bio).
Often, people put together diverse teams, but then work in ways that fail to reap the benefits. This highly interactive workshop with Margo Hittleman provides a framework and practical tools for leveraging the power of diverse teams, optimizing innovation, and strengthening organizational decision-making. It invites participants to become intentional and strategic about this work. It is designed both for those who lead diverse teams and those who want to build their capacity to do so in the future. The content is applicable both in organizational and community contexts.
Limited scholarships are available to agencies whose board and staff members cannot attend without one. To request a scholarship, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Coffee, other drinks, and snacks are provided at all workshops; lunch is not provided. Attendees at sessions in the Borg Warner Room may leave and eat lunch on the Ithaca Commons.
Presented by the Human Services Coalition (a United Way agency), co-sponsored by the Tompkins County Public Library
