Korean Festival: The Showcase of the Korean Language Program

The Korean Language Program will hold its 4th annual end-of-the-year event, a Korean Festival On Thursday, May 2, 2013. Free Korean food will be served and special performances from "Shimtah" and "E-Motion" will be presented. Students from different levels of Korean language courses will present works of what they have learned and achieved during the year.

Audiences get to vote for their favorite team at the end of the presentations. The winners (3 teams) will be awarded with Cornell gift cards. In addition, students who began from Elementary Korean and completed 3 years of Korean language courses will be acknowledged at the event.

This cultural event is funded by the Joh Foundation and is free of charge and open to the Cornell Community. Please feel free to invite your friends to come (please see the attached flyer). Through this event, the Korean Language Program would like to raise awareness of its program on the Cornell Campus and promote enrollment in its language courses.
