JOSHUA BERMAN '91 currently is a partner at the global law firm, Clifford Chance.  Josh is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer with over twenty years of experience handling national security, white collar, government and Congressional investigations, securities enforcement cases and public corruption matters across industries both in the private sector and in government. He is a former federal prosecutor and Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Currently Josh represents a number of individuals in the ongoing Special Counsel and related investigations.
