Get ready to slide, wade, and make mud art, with our annual international Mud Day celebration of all things MUDDY!
Originating in Nepal and Australia, International Mud Day is celebrated by thousands of children in dozens of countries worldwide as a chance to celebrate nature and the great outdoors by getting muddy.
Come to Ithaca Children's Garden for a day of mud-play in the Hands-on-Nature Anarchy Zone!
Hosted in conjunction with U.S. Fish and Wildlife, and the Tompkins County Tourism Program, this event is open to the public, with a suggested donation of $5 per person, $15 per family. Dress to get MUDDY! Bring towels and extra clothes.
