Jill Bicks, Marti Fischer and Suzette Simon Rubinstein
Jill Bicks is a Member of Pullman & Comley LLC, practicing family law in New York and Connecticut. Jill clerked for the Hon. Robert J. Kelleher and handled complex litigation at Dewey Ballantine. Jill’s pro bono work in domestic violence led her to focus on family law, first with Adria S. Hillman in New York, and upon moving to Connecticut, as director of a children’s advocacy program in Stamford Court. When that program lost funding, Jill founded and served as Executive Director of a new non-profit, Child Advocates of CT, to keep it going. Jill is a consultant to the hit HBO series "Divorce" starring Sarah Jessica Parker. She is recognized as a “10 Best” attorney in Connecticut for providing clients with cost-effective and sophisticated representation. Jill credits her early ILR training in alternative dispute resolution for this honor. Jill earned her B.S. from Cornell’s ILR School in 1985 and her J.D. from NYU School of Law in 1988.
