How E-Learning, Digital Libraries and E-Extension are Working in Africa

Join us for a panel discussion sponsored by CALS International Programs as part of their 50th Anniversary.  Invited speakers are Naalamle Amissah (Program Coordinator, West African Centre for Crop Improvement, and Lecturer, University of Ghana),  John Derera, (Professor of Plant Breeding, African Center for Crop Improvement, University of KwaZulu - Natal, Pietermaritzburg, South Africa), Stefan Einarson (Head of Transnational learning, International Programs, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Cornell University), and Rikin Ghandi (CEO, Digital Green, India).  The discussion is moderated by Dr. Helene R. Dillard (Associate Dean, College of Agriculture & Life Sciences and College of Human Ecology; Director, Cornell Cooperative Extension; and Professor, Department of Plant Pathology and Plant-Microbe Biology).
