A compendium of short works examining the political terrorism of the Red Army Faction as it impacted West German politics, media and everyday life in the mid-seventies, this film features auteurs Kluge, Fassbinder and Schlöndorff blending documentary and fiction to construct a portrait of a violent turning point in German history.
