Faculty members from life science and engineering departments at universities interested in clinical training for predoctoral students are invited to attend a two-day workshop on July 11-12 at the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. The workshop will explore diverse clinical training models and strategies from the standpoints of trainees, instructors, and clinical mentors. Workshop participants will also help define useful instructional materials to be developed to enhance experiences and education of clinical trainees. Faculty members who currently participate in clinical training programs for predoctoral students and faculty members who aspire to develop similar programs are invited to participate. Accommodations in New York will be provided for workshop participants. There is no registration fee.
