EquiDay 2018

EquiDay 2018 at Miner Institute in Chazy, NY is a day-long symposium on horse topics to launch the spring season in the North Country. Saturday, March 10 the doors will open at 9 a.m. for FREE registration and refreshments with the speaker program starting at 9:30 a.m. and will continue until 3 p.m. ending with door prize drawings. Lunch will be available for purchase.

Charlotte Cannon of Fox Point Farm in Indian Land, SC will present two talks: one on natural horsemanship with high performance; and one on swirlology: what do those hair patterns mean? A representative from Key R-D Trailer Sales in Plattsburgh, NY will give an informative talk about horse trailers; and Miner Institute Equine Manager and NY State Horse Council Regional VP Karen Lassell will give an update on NY State Horse Council and Limited Liability Law. Adirondack Tack of Plattsburgh, NY returns again with a fashion show and will describe outfits for various disciplines. A good time to find out the latest in what’s hot, what’s NOT, and what’s comfortable!
