Energy Research at Idaho National Laboratory

BIO: Liam Boire received his Bachelors of Science in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, focusing his studies on renewable energy systems. He received his Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from Cornell in 2018, where he worked on applying systems concepts to municipal issues in energy and sustainable development, and emergency services in Tompkins County. He now works as a Systems Engineer at Idaho National Laboratory where he supports a variety of projects on energy and regional resilience, machine learning, and nuclear R&D. His professional interests include applying systems concepts to novel situations, modeling and simulation, and supporting research in energy, water and national security.
