Since the University conducted the employee survey a little more than a year ago, the Employee Assembly, human resources and volunteers from across campus have been working hard to tackle the four university-wide issues identified in the survey. Those issues include workload/workload imbalance, supervisory feedback opportunities, career development and professional growth, and increasing recognition of excellent work.
Join Employee Assembly as they host the second in a series of open forums to discuss the ideas that address each of these issues and the plans to move them forward. Feedback from these sessions will be used to finalize many of the plans before they are submitted to President Skorton for final review.
