Developed by Yogibana as a mix of goal setting and yoga, the focus of this flow will be on connecting your body and mind around grounding, meditation, planting seeds, opening up, balance, and setting intentions forward towards your dream in progress. Space is limited. Registration required. Sign-up at https://www.monaanitaolsen.com/yogibana/.
