Risley Dining
It's the annual Day of the Dead celebration at Risley Dining! Commemorate someone you've lost at the Dia de los Muertos altar, decorate a sugar skull, or have your face painted. The dinner menu includes blue corn tamales with Queso Oaxaca, huitlacoche-brushed merluza (haddock) with Mole Amarillo, cochinita pibil, and roasted calabaza and chayote with red quinoa and mole mancha manteles. Flan, capirotada, and tres leches cake for dessert!
