At The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Ms. Lisa Holladay leads the organization’s brand-wide initiatives and the ongoing evolution and deployment of the global brand strategy. She is accountable for defining the guest experience, from building brand preference to on-site product and service touch points. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Lisa was with Mercedes-Benz USA where she held leadership positions in public relations, advertising and marketing.
Ms. Holladay holds a Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a Master’s degree from Georgetown University. She is a member of the Association of National Advertisers and the Forbes Executive Women’s Board.
