While paper documentation like a lab notebook is still important, the platforms on which modern researchers are working and collecting data are increasingly complex. How do you document your digital data and the steps you take to analyze it? Are your files sufficiently organized and well-described so that others can interpret what youve done? What about yourself, three months from now? During this workshop on data documentation, well discuss this challenge, and offer some best practices and strategies to adopt in order to organize and describe your data for yourself and others.
