Fred Frith Festival: film screening of Step Across the Border, a 90-minute black & white documentary directed by Werner Penzel and Nicolas Humbert about Fred Frith and his constant search for musical ideas amid the sounds of the worlds he visits. The music was performed by Frith and the musicians he met in his travels. Admission: $7 general; $5.50 seniors; $4.50 and $4 students. [Willard Straight Theatre]
