Cornell and Vingroup Collaboration: The creation of VinUniversity in Hanoi, Vietnam with Rohit Verma

Cornell University recently announced its collaboration with Vingroup, a Vietnamese enterprise, and property developer, on the VinUniversity Project to develop a university in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Vingroup’s mission for the project is to build a new world-class private educational institution, that will benefit both key industries and markets in Vietnam, as well as the knowledge-based economy internationally.

Rohit Verma, Dean of External Relations, Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, will join EMI to present “the unique opportunity to participate in the creation of a new university, and extend Cornell's public engagement mission internationally.” In addition, he will discuss the future of Vietnam.

Lunch will be provided.
