Finger Lakes Cider Week fun is coming to the Ag Quad! Join us for a celebration featuring

  • Info about new cider-related courses you can take @ CU;
  • A rare book display spotlighting some of the heritage apple varieties that are making the rebirth of an old craft industry possible;
  • Apple tasting and button making.

This event is taking place in conjunction with Mann's current exhibit: Apples to Cider: An Old Industry Takes New Root.
