Canning Class Series

Join us for our Canning Class Series. By signing up for all 5 classes, you will receive a discount in your registration price. Each class is $15 per person. When you sign up for all 5 classes, you pay $40! The classes are as follows:

May 22nd - Jams & Jellies - Location: Sackets Harbor Municipal Building - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

June 12th - Pickling & Fermentation - Location: Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

July 10th - Pressure Canning - Location: Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County - 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM (a light dinner will be provided)

August 8th - Tomatoes, Tomatoes, Tomatoes - Location: Sackets Harbor Municipal Building - 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM (a light dinner will be provided)

September 15th - Preserving Meats - Location: Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County - 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
