Ag Quad Dedication Ceremony & CALS Day Celebration

CALS Day is a celebration of the community around the Ag Quad. The events planned reflect the diversity of our departments, students, student clubs and programs. 

The event will commence with remarks by Dean Kathryn J. Boor and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the entrance of Mann Library  on the new Mann Plaza. 

With more than 20 participants, you can explore the work of the School of Integrative Plant Science, the Communication department, the Lab of Ornithology, Cornell Botanic Gardens and more!

  • Shop for local produce and goods from boutique vendors at the student-run farmers market 
  • Test your senses with the Sensory Evaluation Center
  • Find out more about diversity and engagement initiatives on and off campus
  • Get up-close to a raptor
  • See insects with Snodgrass and Wigglesworth (our Entomology Club)
  • Find out what’s going on with Alpha Gamma Rho
  • Order the CALS Day custom drink from Manndible Cafe's booth

This event is free and open to the entire Cornell community.
