Join the walking and wagon tours to presentations at research sites around the farm. Presentation topics include: field crop production of organic and non-organic crops, nutrient management, field crop pest update and management, organic cropping systems grain trials, corn breeding and variety testing for NY, and more.
Registration is at 9:00 am with coffee and donuts, and a FREE lunch will be offered to all participants at 12:00 noon.
The Aurora Farm Field Day at Cornell’s Musgrave Research Farm is an educational program for farmers and producers, hosted by the Integrated Field Crop, Soil, and Pest Management Program Work Team in conjunction with Cornell Cooperative Extension and the Cornell University Agricultural Experiment Station.
Education credits will be available:
- NYS Pesticide Applicator Recertification Credits
- Northeast Certified Crop Advisor Continuing Education Credits (for nutrient management, integrated pest management and crop management).
