Arboretum Tour for Photographers

Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 3:30pm to 5:30pm

F. R. Newman Arboretum

The Newman Arboretum offers wonderful possibilities for photographers of all levels. Bring your camera and enjoy a fall tour of the arboretum as seen through the eyes of a seasoned photographer and learn about the many photo opportunities available at this time of year. Focusing less on the technical and theoretical aspects of photography and more on composition, artistic interpretation and field techniques, the tour will highlight some of the arboretum’s scenic vistas, landscapes and trees of special interest, with special emphasis on autumn foliage color. Pre-registration is required.
