4th Annual Grain School: Supplying Local Grains to Local Artisan Bakers

Friday, February 9, 2018 at 8:30am to 3:30pm

Pegasus Restaurant and Banquet Hall, 10885 Route 9W, Coxsackie, NY

This year's Grain School focuses on supplying local grains to local artisan bakers. It will be a great opportunity for anyone interested in the grains industry to learn and network. Grain School begins with registration and the Trade Show (open throughout the day) followed by a full day of talks, and includes an outstanding lunch by Pegasus Restaurant. Our three main speakers this year have been part of the local grain economies in Quebec, Vermont, and New York and have years of experience in producing, milling, and baking with local grains, as well as with small-scale grain machinery. They will address these topics as well as what it takes to build a local grain economy.
